HR Recruiter (Louisville, KY)- ISCO Industries
Since 1962, ISCO Industries has been a global customized piping solutions provider headquartered in Louisville, Ky. ISCO stocks and sells a wide variety of HDPE pipe, piping materials (including PP-RCT), and offers custom HDPE fabrication to provide piping solutions for multiple applications such as: industrial, municipal, power, oil and gas, mining, environmental, geothermal, golf, culvert-lining and landfill. The company also rents, services and sells McElroy fusion equipment. ISCO has more than 30 facilities, including several international locations. ISCO inventories large stockpiles of HDPE pipe and piping products. 


  • Lead strategic initiatives for identifying, recruiting and hiring diverse talent in a multi-site company. 
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for all job types within the Company, with heavy emphasis on recruiting and hiring non-exempt skilled workforce. 
  • Build applicant sources by researching and partnering with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites and Employee Referral Program 
  • Develop Business relationships with local colleges and attend respective career fairs to build future intern programs 
  • Rebrand ISCO¿s go to market strategy (postings, collateral, website, etc) to align with the Companys Employee Value Proposition and attract top candidates 
  • Conduct pipeline review meetings with respective hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners 
  • Develop and implement New Hire Orientation program 
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity 
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local regulations throughout the talent recruitment process 
  • Perform special projects and drive overall process improvements within the HR department.


  • Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience in a corporate environment with a strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to Corporate staff. 
  • 2 year degree from a recognized college or university, 4 year degree preferred Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. 
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. 
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. 
  • Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and jobboards. 
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research. 
  • Experience in general HR functions is preferred.
